Team roles and invitations
Team roles that separate building, reviewing and managing
Invite teammates by email and give each one only the access their job needs. One role builds workflows and manages branding and integrations, another works the case queue with no access to provider credentials, and every action anyone takes is recorded in the audit log.
- Invite teammates by email, seats included per plan
- Separate roles for building workflows, reviewing cases and managing the account
- Every action is recorded in the audit log
How do I add teammates to my Braigest account
Invite a colleague by email from the console and assign them a role when you do. They receive an invitation, set up their own login, and from then on see only what their role gives them access to, nothing more.
What can each team role actually do
One account owner manages billing and the account itself. A builder role authors workflows, branding and integrations and can invite or deactivate other teammates. A reviewer role works the whole case queue, submissions, alerts, decisions, with no access to authoring, branding or the credentials your KYC and screening providers use. A fourth role is scoped to their own assigned work only.
- Account owner: manages billing and the account
- Builder: workflows, branding, integrations, team invites
- Reviewer: the case queue, no provider credentials
- Member: scoped to their own assigned work
Can a reviewer take a case for themselves
Yes. A reviewer can assign a case to themselves directly from the queue, so a team can divide up incoming submissions without a separate assignment step or a manager doing it by hand.
Is every action someone takes actually tracked
Yes. Every action in the account, a case decision, a workflow change, a teammate invited or removed, is in the audit log, recording who did it and when. Nothing meaningful happens silently.
How many teammates can I add on my plan
Seats are included per plan: Solo includes 2, Practice includes 5, and Firm includes 15, covering the account owner and every teammate invited alongside them.
- Solo: 2 seats
- Practice: 5 seats
- Firm: 15 seats
Frequently asked questions
Can I let someone review cases without giving them my provider credentials?
Yes. A reviewer role works the case queue, submissions, alerts and decisions, without access to the KYC and screening provider credentials a builder role can see.
Can a reviewer pick which case they work on?
Yes. A reviewer can assign a case to themselves from the queue directly, so the team can split up incoming work without a manager assigning it by hand.
Is there a record of who made a decision or changed a workflow?
Yes. Every action, from a case decision to a workflow edit or a teammate invitation, is recorded in the audit log with who did it and when.
How many people can I add to my account?
Solo includes 2 seats, Practice includes 5, and Firm includes 15, covering the account owner and every teammate invited alongside them.
Can more than one person build and edit workflows?
Yes. Any teammate with a builder role can author workflows, branding and integrations, not only the account owner.
