How do I export my submissions to a CSV file
From the submissions list in the console, request a CSV export of the runs you need. A small export is ready almost immediately; a large one runs in the background so the console stays usable while it builds, and you download the finished file once it is done.
Can data be delivered automatically instead of exported by hand
Yes. Every completed run can deliver its own data automatically, by webhook, REST or email, without anyone opening the console. You define the shape of that payload once for the workflow and every run that completes afterward sends the same structure.
What is actually inside the delivered data
A JSON payload carrying the client's answers, references to the documents attached to the case, and the decision reached, approved, rejected, or whatever outcome the workflow reached. It reflects the same case an admin would see in the console, not a stripped-down summary.
Can I choose which fields go into the export
Yes. You choose the fields that matter to you, give them the names your own system expects, and map them from the client's answers. Fields you do not need are simply left out, so the payload matches your system instead of your system adapting to Braigest.
Can I get the signed documents as well as the data
Yes. The sealed, signed PDF and the evidence page for a submission are available to download alongside the structured data, per case, so a completed run hands over both the facts and the signed record.
