Onboarding analytics

Track invites and completions as they happen

See, per sender, how many invites were sent, opened, started, completed and signed. The submissions list is filterable by status, and every run shows exactly where it stands and where it stopped. Load your own Google Tag Manager container on the widget so your existing web analytics sees the steps too.

  • Per-sender tracking: sent, opened, started, completed, signed
  • Filter the submissions list by status
  • Load your own Google Tag Manager container on the widget

What does onboarding analytics actually show me

For each person sending invites, you see how many were sent, opened, started, completed and signed. It is a straightforward count per sender, useful for seeing which colleague's invites are converting and which are sitting unopened, rather than a general marketing dashboard.

Can I filter my submissions by status

Yes. The submissions list can be filtered by status, so you can pull up everything still in progress, everything waiting on a decision, or everything completed, without scrolling past cases that do not need your attention right now.

Can I see where a specific run is stuck

Yes. Every run shows where it currently stands in the flow and, if it stalled, which step it stopped on. That is the fastest way to tell a client who is still filling in the form from one who is waiting on your review desk.

Can I use my own analytics tools on the applicant widget

Yes. Under Widgets, Appearance, you can load your own Google Tag Manager container on the applicant-facing widget, so your existing web analytics setup sees the same steps your clients move through, alongside whatever else you already track on your site.

Who uses this inside a firm

Anyone sending invites or running a review desk: an office manager checking which invites went unopened this week, a partner checking how many cases a colleague sent are still open, or a compliance lead confirming nothing is stuck without a decision.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see how many invites a specific colleague sent and how they performed?

Yes. Analytics are broken down per sender, showing sent, opened, started, completed and signed counts for each person sending invites.

Can I filter submissions to see only the ones needing attention?

Yes. The submissions list is filterable by status, so you can view only in-progress, only awaiting decision, or only completed cases at a time.

Does a run show me where a client got stuck?

Yes. Each run shows where it currently stands, and if it stalled, which step it stopped on, so you know exactly what a client is waiting on.

Can I connect Google Analytics or a tag manager to the widget?

Yes. Load your own Google Tag Manager container on the applicant widget from Widgets, Appearance, so your existing web analytics setup sees the flow.

Is this a separate analytics product I need to configure?

No. It is built into the console's submissions view and the widget's appearance settings, with nothing extra to install or subscribe to.
