For credit brokers & non-bank lenders
Borrower onboarding software for credit brokers and non-bank lenders
Send a loan applicant one link instead of a stack of forms and email attachments. They complete the loan application, upload income and employment documents and an ID, and consent to the credit-bureau check, all on their phone. You get verified answers, the uploaded documents and the signed intermediation agreement ready for underwriting.
- One link replaces the application paper chase
- Income documents, ID and credit-check consent in one flow
- Structured data ready for underwriting automatically
What does the client actually do?
The applicant opens the link on their phone. A guided form walks through the loan application questions, one at a time, then asks them to upload income and employment documents, such as payslips or a work contract, and a photo ID. They give consent for the credit-bureau check, read the GDPR notice, and sign the mandate or intermediation agreement at the end. Nothing has to be printed, scanned or emailed as a separate attachment.
What do you get back?
Structured application data and the uploaded income and employment documents, in one case instead of a scattered email thread. The intermediation agreement and GDPR notice come back signed and sealed with an evidence page. Delivery is by webhook, REST or email into your loan origination or CRM system. The credit-bureau consent and any identity result sit with the case, ready for underwriting without chasing a missing document.
Which documents does this replace?
Taking in a loan application usually means an application form, a request for payslips, an ID copy and a separate consent for the credit-bureau check, collected across several emails. One flow fills and seals all of it from a single set of applicant answers, with the documents attached to the same case rather than scattered across an inbox or chased down a week later.
- Mandate / intermediation agreement
- ID capture, income and employment documents upload
- Consent for credit-bureau check
- GDPR notice
- Loan application form
Do I need the compliance steps as a credit broker or lender?
Yes, for the lending side of the business. Non-bank lenders are AML-obliged entities in the EU, so identity verification and screening generally apply to borrowers, and credit brokers acting for a lender inherit some of that obligation depending on the service. Braigest supports identity verification through Didit or Onfido and sanctions or PEP screening through Dilisense as steps in the same intake flow, alongside the credit-bureau consent, so due diligence and underwriting data arrive together.
How does the PDF I already use become the form?
Upload the loan application or mandate you already use, in whatever language it is written. Braigest detects every field and turns it into a guided form the applicant fills on their phone, with an upload step for payslips and other supporting documents built in. The questions and structure your underwriting team already relies on carry through unchanged, so nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.
Which plan fits a lender or broker of my size?
A solo credit broker runs applications and signing on Solo, at €29 a month. A small brokerage or non-bank lender handling more applications, and wanting the AI builder to draft new intake flows, fits Practice, at €149 a month. A multi-branch lender or a broker network fits Firm, at €499 a month. Application intake, screening and delivery work the same way across tiers.
Frequently asked questions
Can applicants upload payslips and ID from their phone?
Yes. The upload step works from a phone camera or photo library, and applicants typically complete the whole application, including income documents and ID, in one sitting, before underwriting even starts.
Is the signed intermediation agreement legally valid?
It carries an advanced electronic signature with a PAdES seal and an evidence page. That is valid for private-law documents such as a mandate or intermediation agreement under eIDAS. It does not reach the top eIDAS signature tier, which needs a certified signing device.
Do credit brokers and non-bank lenders need AML screening?
Non-bank lenders are AML-obliged entities in the EU, so identity verification and screening of borrowers generally apply. Braigest runs these as configurable steps alongside the application and credit-bureau consent, matched to your risk policy.
Can I use the loan application form we already have?
Yes. Upload the PDF you use today and Braigest detects its fields automatically, so the same application becomes a form the applicant fills on their phone, income uploads already included.
How does the application reach our loan origination system?
By webhook, REST or email, matching whatever your system accepts. Structured answers, uploaded documents and the signed agreement are delivered as soon as the applicant finishes, ready for underwriting immediately.
