What your client sees

The client onboarding experience, step by step

Your client gets an email, or opens a link on your site or your own subdomain, and sees your logo on a welcome screen. From there they move through a guided form one question at a time, upload a photo of their ID, sign on screen, and download the sealed documents at the end, all on their phone or laptop with nothing to install.

  • No account, no app, works on phone and laptop
  • A guided form, one question at a time, already filled where it repeats
  • Signs on screen and downloads the sealed PDF at the end

Does my client need an account to complete this

No. They receive an email or open a link on your website or your own subdomain, and start straight away. There is no account to create and nothing to install, on a phone or a laptop, so the first thing they do is the actual onboarding, not a sign-up form.

What does the client see when they open the link

Your logo on a welcome screen, then a guided form that asks one question at a time rather than a long page of fields at once. Anything they already answered earlier in the same case is filled in automatically wherever it repeats, so they are never asked for their own name or address twice.

How do they verify their identity and provide documents

They upload a photo of their ID when the flow asks for one. If the workflow includes an identity check, they complete it in the same screen, a quick photo-and-liveness step, before moving on. A flow with no identity step simply skips straight past this and never shows it.

Can they sign on a phone

Yes. Before signing, they see a preview of the filled document exactly as it will be sealed, then sign with a finger on a touchscreen or by typing their name, and tick the e-signature consent. The whole flow, including signing, works the same way on a phone as on a laptop.

What happens if they stop half-way through

They get a resume link by email, valid for 3 days, so closing the tab to find a document or ask a question does not mean starting over. If you set an idle reminder on that step, they also get a nudge back to the flow before the link expires.

What do they see at the end, and in which language

A done screen confirming the case is complete, with the sealed PDFs available to download right there. The whole experience is available in English, Spanish, Italian or Romanian, and everything they entered goes only to your organisation, never to anyone else.

Frequently asked questions

Does my client need to create an account?

No. They open an email or a link and start the flow directly, on a phone or a laptop, with no account to set up and nothing to install.

What happens if my client stops half-way through the form?

They get a resume link valid for 3 days, and an idle reminder too if you set one on that step, so they can pick the case up exactly where they left it.

Can a client sign the documents from their phone?

Yes. They preview the filled document as it will be sealed, then sign with a finger or by typing their name, and the same flow works identically on a phone or a laptop.

What does the client see once everything is done?

A done screen confirming the case is complete, with the sealed PDFs right there to download, so they leave with their own copy of what they signed.

What languages can my clients use?

English, Spanish, Italian and Romanian. A client completes the whole flow, including the identity check and signing, in their own language.
