Submissions dashboard
One onboarding submissions dashboard for every run
Every onboarding run lands in one submissions list with its own status: in progress, waiting on the client, waiting on a reviewer, completed, rejected, or given up. Search and filter to find one applicant, then open a case to see every answer, uploaded file, sealed document and screening result, alongside a timeline of exactly what happened and who did it.
- Every run in one searchable, filterable list
- Open a case to see answers, files, sealed documents and screening results
- Parent and child runs appear together as one chain
What statuses can a submission have?
A submission moves through a small set of statuses as it progresses: in progress while the applicant is still working through it, waiting on the client when it is parked for them to act, waiting on a reviewer once staff need to make a call, and completed, rejected or given up once it reaches an end. The list is searchable and filterable by these statuses and by other details of the case, so finding one applicant among many is a search, not a scroll.
What do I see when I open a submission?
A submission's detail view shows every answer the applicant gave, the files they uploaded, the sealed PDFs the run generated and the evidence page attached to each one, along with any screening findings and the overall risk score. Below that sits a timeline recording exactly what happened at each step and who did it, whether that is the applicant, an automated check, or a member of staff.
How do parent and child submissions relate to each other?
When one workflow hands part of a case to another, through a triggered child run or a hand-off to a second person, the dashboard shows the whole family as one chain rather than as unrelated rows. You can follow a case from its very first step through to whatever ran after it, including who signed which document, without hunting down the related run in a separate list.
What actions can a reviewer take from the dashboard?
A reviewer can assign a case to themselves, record a decision on it, and override a screening finding by entering a reason, so the decision trail is kept alongside the case rather than left to memory. They can also resend an invite or a reminder to an applicant who has stalled, without asking the applicant to start over.
Can I export the submissions list or check a delivery?
The list exports to CSV for reporting outside Braigest, whenever you need the raw numbers in a spreadsheet rather than the dashboard itself. Each submission also shows its own delivery status, whether a webhook or email delivery to your own systems succeeded, and every sealed document can be re-verified on demand, coming back marked sealed and intact if nothing has changed since it was signed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I search the submissions list for one applicant?
Yes. The list is searchable and filterable by status and other case details, so you can find one applicant's run quickly instead of scrolling through every submission on the dashboard.
Can I tell if a webhook or email delivery worked?
Yes. Each submission shows its own delivery status, so you can see at a glance whether a webhook or email delivery to your own systems succeeded, failed, or is still pending.
Can a reviewer override a screening match?
Yes. A reviewer can override a screening finding directly from the case, recording a reason for the decision so it stays with the case record rather than only in someone's memory.
What happens to a submission an applicant never finishes?
It shows as given up once the workflow's own timers decide nobody is coming back, so an abandoned case does not sit forever marked in progress or waiting on the client.
Can I check that a signed document has not been altered?
Yes. Every sealed document generated by a run can be re-verified on demand, and comes back marked sealed and intact whenever nothing has changed since the applicant signed it.
