AI workflow builder
An AI workflow builder that drafts the whole onboarding flow
In the visual builder, "Build with AI" is a chat. Describe the flow you want, collect a name, ID and company, look the company up, screen it, route findings to a reviewer, then sign, and the AI proposes a plan first, then drafts every step. You preview it, test it, adjust anything on the canvas, and nothing goes live until you publish.
- Describe the flow, the AI proposes a plan before building anything
- It drafts the form, documents, identity, screening and routing steps
- Preview, adjust on the canvas, publish only when you are ready
How does the AI workflow builder actually work
You describe the onboarding flow in plain language in a chat inside the visual builder. The AI first proposes a plan, the steps it intends to add and why, so you can catch a wrong assumption before anything is built. Once you confirm, it drafts the whole workflow in one pass rather than one node at a time.
What does the AI actually draft for me
A full first version of the flow: the form steps that collect information from the client, any documents to upload or generate, identity verification and screening steps where the flow needs them, the routing between steps, and what happens after submission, including a reviewer hand-off if one is needed. It is a draft to check, not a finished product to accept blindly.
Can I still change what the AI built
Yes. Everything the AI drafts lands on the same canvas you would use to build by hand. Preview the flow, test it as if you were the client, and adjust any step, field or routing rule directly. Nothing the chat produces goes live on its own, publishing is always a separate, deliberate step you take.
Can I keep using the chat after the flow is published
Yes. The chat reopens on a published workflow, so a later change, adding a step, tightening a routing rule, adjusting a document, can go through the same describe-and-review process instead of starting over on the canvas. The change still previews before it replaces what clients see.
Who can use the AI workflow builder
It is a builder session with a monthly allowance by plan: Practice includes 3 sessions a month, Firm includes 10. Solo does not include AI builder sessions and builds workflows directly on the visual canvas instead, which covers the same node types without the chat.
- Practice: 3 builder sessions a month
- Firm: 10 builder sessions a month
- Solo: build on the visual canvas
Frequently asked questions
Can the AI builder run on my own AI provider key?
On Firm and Enterprise, yes. Connect your own AI provider key and builder sessions run on your own account, billed by the provider to you, with no session meter on the Braigest side. On Practice the builder runs on the included allowance of 3 sessions a month.
Do I need to know how to build a workflow to use this?
No. Describe the onboarding you want in plain language, the AI proposes a plan and then drafts the flow, and you review it before anything is published.
Does the AI publish the workflow automatically?
No. You preview and test the draft first and adjust anything you want on the canvas. Nothing reaches clients until you choose to publish it yourself.
Can I ask for changes after the workflow is already live?
Yes. The chat reopens on a published workflow, so you can describe a change and review the updated draft before it replaces the version clients see.
Is the AI builder included on every plan?
Practice includes 3 builder sessions a month and Firm includes 10. Solo does not include AI builder sessions and builds workflows on the visual canvas instead.
What kinds of steps can the AI draft?
Form steps, document steps, identity verification, screening steps, routing between them, and the hand-off after submission, including a reviewer step where the flow needs one.
