Overage packs when you need a burst: AI pages €9 for 10, €45 for 50 or €200 for 250; client onboardings €30 for 50 or €125 for 250; hosted KYC checks €25 for 10 or €100 for 50. AML screening and company registry lookups run on your own provider keys and are not metered by Braigest. Prices exclude VAT.
What counts as a client onboarding?
One completed run of a workflow by one client: the form, the documents, any identity or screening step, and the signature. Abandoned runs do not count. A client who completes two different workflows counts twice. The monthly allowance resets on your billing date, and an overage pack covers a busy month without changing plan.
What are AI pages?
Each page of a PDF you upload for field detection is one AI page. A four-page engagement letter is four pages, detected once; every client who then completes that form costs nothing extra. Personal includes 10 pages a month, Solo 30, Team 60, Practice 150 and Firm 500, and a €9 pack adds ten more when a month is busier. The AI builder, which drafts a whole flow from a description, is on Practice and Firm.
Can I bring my own provider keys?
Yes, for every paid provider. Sanctions and PEP screening and company registry lookups always run on your own Dilisense and registry keys, at every tier, and those providers bill you directly. Identity checks run on your own Didit or Onfido credentials on Solo; Team, Practice and Firm add hosted KYC checks on Braigest’s account, 5, 20 and 60 a month, with overage packs above that. On Firm and Enterprise you can also connect your own AI provider key: AI field detection and the AI builder then run on your own account, the provider bills you, and the AI page and builder-session meters are switched off.

How does the trial work?
A 14-day trial is set up on a 30-minute call, on the PDF you already use, so you start from a working flow rather than a blank canvas. The trial includes five AI pages, enough to turn your own form into a web form, and runs the whole onboarding flow with your own provider keys for identity and screening. There is no self-serve signup today; the call is how every account starts.
What does buying from a new vendor mean for you?
Braigest is new and has no customer logos to show you, so here is what you get instead. You talk to the founder, on the call and afterwards, not to a support queue. A bug you hit is fixed in days, and a document type you need shapes what gets built next. Your data is exportable at any time as CSV, JSON and sealed PDFs, so leaving is as easy as joining. Every claim on this site names the law, the provider or the plan behind it, and nothing here is a mock-up.

Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Annual billing is ten months for twelve on every plan: Solo €290, Practice €1,490, Firm €4,990 a year. Annual invoices suit grant-funded purchases, where a single prepaid invoice is often what the funding body expects.

Can I use my own AI provider key for the AI features?
On Firm and Enterprise, yes. Connect your key and AI field detection and the builder run on your own AI account: the provider bills you directly and Braigest stops metering AI pages and builder sessions for your organisation.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day trial set up on a call. Solo at €29 a month is the entry plan and runs the complete onboarding flow, including native sealed signatures.
Do I need to buy an e-signature product as well?
No. Signing and the PAdES seal are built in on every plan. There is no per-envelope fee and no separate seat.
What happens if I go over my monthly onboardings?
The workflow stops accepting new runs until you add an overage pack or your allowance resets. Nothing is charged automatically; you choose the pack when you need it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down. Downgrading never deletes data; it freezes creation of new workflows above the new plan’s limits and reconciles seats.
Which plan do accountants, brokers or clinics usually take?
A solo practitioner starts on Solo. An office with a few staff that onboards weekly takes Practice, mostly for the AI pages, registry lookups and webhooks. Multi-branch firms take Firm.
